Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Stock Runner application and services ("Service") operated by Stock Runner ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the Service you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to enter into this agreement on behalf of yourself or the business you represent. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

4. Free Trial & Subscriptions

Stock Runner offers a 30-day free trial. At the end of the trial, you may choose a paid subscription plan to continue using the Service. Subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis and are non-refundable except where required by law.

We reserve the right to change our subscription fees with 30 days' written notice. Your continued use of the Service after a fee change constitutes acceptance of the new fees.

5. Your Data

You retain ownership of all data you submit to the Service ("Your Data"). You grant us a limited licence to host, store, and process Your Data solely to provide and improve the Service.

We will not sell Your Data to third parties. See our Privacy Policy for details on how we handle your information.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service.
• Use the Service to transmit any malware, viruses, or other harmful code.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, features, content, and underlying technology, is owned by Stock Runner and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms grants you any right to use our trademarks, logos, or brand features.

8. Availability & Support

We strive to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform scheduled maintenance with reasonable advance notice. Support is provided via email at support@stockrunner.app.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Stock Runner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

Our total liability for any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

10. Termination

You may cancel your account at any time from Settings → Delete Account. We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may request export of Your Data within 30 days of termination.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice within the Service at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
